At Rusty Design, each product is unique and custom-printed only after an order is placed. Because we do not carry physical inventory or pre-made items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preferences, or buyers' remorse.
We highly encourage our customers to carefully review our Size Guide available on each product page before finalizing a purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items: Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your order arrives damaged, features a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item/size due to our error, we will gladly issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund.
To claim a replacement or refund for a defective order:

Contact us within 14 days of package delivery at our contact email.

Provide your Order Number and attach clear photos showing the issue (the print defect, damage, or wrong size tag).
Once our team reviews the photos and confirms the issue, we will immediately initiate the production of your replacement or process your refund. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.
