Welcome to Rusty Design. Because we care about the environment and strive to offer unique, premium products, all our items are custom-made to order. This means your apparel is printed specifically for you only after you place an order, helping us reduce textile waste.

Production Times (Fulfillment):

• Standard Processing: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our team to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it leaves the facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States: 2 to 7 business days.

• Spain & Europe: 3 to 10 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10 to 30 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your package is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to follow your package every step of the way.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply depending on their country's regulations. Rusty Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
